Warranty

Warranty Clause of Surgical Microscope Semorr G4-D

1) Warranty period: 18 months.

2) Repair service will be provided free of charge if an unexpected failure happens within the Warranty period. Two terms should be complied:

a) The equipment should be operated completely in accordance with the instruction manual.

b) The fault will be processed after evaluation by support service staff.

3) Any repair, modification or disassemble of the product without advance authorization by Semorr will result in voiding of this warranty.

4) Service fee will be charged if the situation listed below happened during the Warranty period (The fee will be charged according to Semorr procedure):

a) Warranty Card or invoice missing

b)Damage or fault caused by misusing or do not following the instruction.

c)Damage or fault caused by transportation or some other external reasons.

d)Damage caused by force majeure.

e)Damage caused by infiltration of water or other solution.

5)Free repair service is provided in accordance with the agreed conditions indicated above within the warranty period.

6) The appearance, consumables or accessories are not applied to this warranty policy.

Consumables incl.: fuse, wrench, disinfect caps, dust cover, etc.

7) SoniDent shall not take any responsibility for any
special, unexpected or indirect damage not specified in the warranty clauses.
