Curing Light O- Light  Max / I LED II / O-Star Warranty

I) Period validity:
We offer two years on the device, one year on the battery , excluding the light guide and light hood.
II) Range of warranty:
Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.
III) The following are beyond our warranty:

• The damage caused by disobeying the operation instruction or lack of the needed conditions.
• The damage caused by unsuitable operation or disassembly without authorization.
• The damage caused by unadvisable transportation or preservation.
• There isn’t the seal of distributor, or the warranty card isn’t filled in completed.
• The warranty is not including optical fiber and light hood.

 

Ultrasonic Scaler  D6 and D3 LED Warranty

I)Period validity:
We offer two-year free repair for the whole unit (except for the easily consumed parts) from the date of purchase. Lifetime maintenance.
II) Range of warranty:
Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.
III) The following are beyond our warranty:

The base, handpiece, power adapter has two years warranty period from the date of purchase. The contra-angle has one year warranty period. Other spare parts have six months warranty period.
II) Range of warranty:
Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.
III) The following are beyond our warranty:

• The damage caused by disobeying the operation instruction or lack of the needed conditions.
• The damage caused by unsuitable operation or disassembly without authorization.

MT2 Dental Electric Motor Warranty

I)Period validity:
The main, handpiece, contra-angle  has one year warranty period from the date of purchase. 
II) Range of warranty:

I)Period validity:
The charging station, motor handpiece, power adapter , foot control(optional ) have two year warranty period from the date of purchase. The battery is warranted for one year and other accessories are excluded from the warranty.

I)Period validity:
We offer two years free repair on main unit and six months on spare parts from the date of purchase, warranty card must be attached.
II) Range of warranty:
Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.
III) The following are beyond our warranty:

• The damage caused by disobeying the operation instruction or lack of the needed conditions.
• The damage caused by unsuitable operation or disassembly without authorization.
• The damage on product that caused by users’ unexpected drop or impact to product.

• Device failures caused by the use of non-original accessories are not under warranty.

 

Dental Implant Unit Warranty

I)Period validity:

Within one year from the date of sale, the main unit, handpiece, food pedal and contra-angle can be repaired for free by providing warranty card.

II) Range of warranty:

Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.

III) The following are beyond our warranty:

• The damage caused by disobeying the operation instruction or lack of the needed conditions.
• The damage caused by unsuitable operation or disassembly without authorization.

Gutta percha Obturation Device Fi-G Fi-P and Fi-E Warranty

I)Period validity:

Since the date of sales, our company will be responsible for the repair of main unit, charging stand, and power adapter for one year. Please refer to the Warranty Card for warranty period and warranty scope. The warranty period of lithium battery is one year.

II) Range of warranty:

Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.

III) The following are beyond our warranty:

• The damage caused by disobeying the operation instruction or lack of the needed conditions.
• The damage caused by unsuitable operation or disassembly without authorization.
• The damage caused by unadvisable transportation or preservation.
• There isn’t the seal of distributor, or the warranty card isn’t filled in completed.
• Except for the main unit, charging stand, power adapter and lithium battery, the other accessories are not covered by warranty.

I)Period validity:

Since the date of sales, the main unit can enjoy warranty for 24 months with warranty card.

II) Range of warranty:

Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.

 Endo 3 Ultrasonic Endo Activate Device Warranty

I)Period validity:

Since the date of sales, with the warranty card, we are responsible for free repair of main unit, charging stand, and power adapter. The warranty period for lithium battery is one year. Except for consumable items, other accessories can enjoy one year warranty period , as well as repair of life time. 

II) Range of warranty:

Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.

III) The following are beyond our warranty:

• The damage caused by disobeying the operation instruction or lack of the needed conditions.
• The damage caused by unsuitable operation or disassembly without authorization.
• The damage caused by unadvisable transportation or preservation.

Ai Ray Dental X-Ray Warranty

I)Period validity:

Since the date of sales, with the warranty card, we are responsible for free repair of main unit for two years. 

II) Range of warranty:

Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.

III) The following are beyond our warranty:

• The damage caused by disobeying the operation instruction or lack of the needed conditions.
• The damage caused by unsuitable operation or disassembly without authorization.
• The damage caused by unadvisable transportation or preservation.

Warranty PT-A Dental Scaler and Air Polisher

I)Period validity:

We offer one-year free repair for the whole unit (except for the easily consumed parts) from the date of purchase. Lifetime maintenance.  

II) Range of warranty:

Within the warranty period of validity, we are responsible for any troubles caused by quality problems or products technique and structure.

III) The following are beyond our warranty:

• The damage caused by disobeying the operation instruction or lack of the needed conditions.
• The damage caused by unsuitable operation or disassembly without authorization.
• The damage caused by unadvisable transportation or preservation.
• There isn’t the seal of distributor, or the warranty card isn’t filled in completed.

Surgical Microscope Semorr G4-D

1) Warranty period: 18 months.

2) Repair service will be provided free of charge if an unexpected failure happens within the Warranty period. Two terms should be complied:

a) The equipment should be operated completely in accordance with the instruction manual

b) The fault will be processed after evaluation by support service staff.

3) Any repair, modification or disassemble of the product without advance authorization by Semorr will result in voiding of this warranty.

4) Service fee will be charged if the situation listed below happened during the Warranty period (The fee will be charged according to Semorr procedure):

a) Warranty Card or invoice missing

b)Damage or fault caused by misusing or do not following the instruction.

c)Damage or fault caused by transportation or some other external reasons.

d)Damage caused by force majeure.

e)Damage caused by infiltration of water or other solution.

5)Free repair service is provided in accordance with the agreed conditions indicated above within the warranty period.

6) The appearance, consumables or accessories are not applied to this warranty policy. Consumables incl.: fuse, wrench, disinfect caps, dust cover, etc.

7) SoniDent shall not take any responsibility for any special, unexpected or indirect damage not specified in the warranty clauses.

8)Subject to change in design or specifications without advance notification.

No warranties granted for disposable products.
