Refund policy

 

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or credit. Shipping labels are non-refundable.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging( this includes anything within the package, each piece should have it's original packaging without rips, tears, and openings) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is approved, you may send the product back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). Once our technician has inspected the item, your payment will be refunded or credited to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within two (2) business days of delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are responsible for providing a shipping label only in cases where an incorrect or defective product was received at the time of purchase.

**Any request for refund from the time of purchase, will be subject to a 3.5%(domestic & International) deductible/ restock fee from the customer.
