Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request return or store credit. Shipping charges and shipping labels are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. This includes all components within the package. Each item and accessory must remain in its original packaging, free from rips, tears, openings, or other damage. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return request is approved, you may send the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund or credit has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within two (2) business days of the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
We are responsible for providing a return shipping label only when an incorrect product or a defective product was received at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fee
Any approved refund request will be subject to a 3.5% restocking and processing fee for both domestic and international orders. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
